Depuis quelques temps, j'ai de nombreux problèmes qui se traduisent souvent en plantages avec iPhoto (dernière génération installée, 6.0.6).

Les plantages surviennent assez régulièrement, avec certaines actions tout particulièrement. Je ne peux plus vider la corbeille par exemple : le logiciel plante à chaque fois. J'ai arrêté d'envoyer les rapports d'erreur parce que c'est systématique. Le soucis est que le contenu de la corbeille ne reste en général pas dans la corbeille. J'ai des vignettes vides dans toute la bibliothèque ensuite. Comme si (j'en ai l'impression en tout cas), les photos étaient bien supprimées mais la base de données ne l'avait pas "vu"...

Autre problème systématique et sans doute lié : l'importation. Quand j'importe des photos, le processus se fait bien mais ne se termine pas. J'ai le message "Fin de l'importation" qui continue. J'ai essayé de le laisser tourner mais comme après plusieurs heures il n'était toujours pas fini, j'ai compris qu'il ne finirait jamais. Seule solution dans ce cas, fermer de force (pomme+option+esc).

Avec tous ces soucis,le logiciel me demande presque à chaque démarrage de reconstruire les vignettes. Je le fais mais ça n'empêche pas les vignettes vides de s'accumuler...

En bref, iPhoto devient totalement inutilisable. J'ai réinstallé tout le système il y a une semaine, espérant que cela réglerait ce problème. Mais non, il plante toujours à chaque vidage de la corbeille et en d'autres occasions.

Que puis-je faire pour régler tout ça et retrouver un iPhoto fonctionnel ?

Tu as réinstallé comment; après formatage ou archivage ? Les rapports de plantages ne t'aident pas ?

Après formatage puisque le but était de repartir sur des bases saines. Par contre, pour iPhoto, la base de donnée n'a pas été modifiée puisqu'elle se trouvait sur un disque externe.

Je vais te trouver un rapport. Laisse-moi juste le temps de le faire planter (disons donc 10 secondes... ).

EDIT : Le rapport étant trop long pour un seul sujet, je voulais le mettre en pièce jointe mais l'upload échoue à chaque fois (j'ai pas de chances aujourd'hui moi).

Ce que je vais te dire n'a peut-être pas de rapport avec le sujet mais ce sera déjà cela de fait :

Change de version pour Application Enhancer, celle-ci possède une très grave faille de sécurité. La version actuelle est la 2.0.3. De plus, ton clavier ou ta souris Logitech n'en fonctionneront que mieux.

J'ai essayé de supprimer le fichier de préférences d'iPhoto (dès fois qu'il soit corrompu) mais ça ne marche vraiment pas mieux. J'ai même l'impression que c'est de pire en pire.

L'idée n'était pas mauvaise, mais ce n'est pas ça, en tout cas je pense. J'ai essayé de réparer les autorisations du DD externe mais l'utilitaire de disque m'empêche de le faire. Du coup, j'ai rapatrié le dossier iPhoto sur le disque dur interne puis j'ai réparé les autorisations.

Il n'a rien trouvé à réparer mais j'ai quand même testé. Eh bien c'est pas brillant : le vidage de la poubelle fait toujours planter le logiciel. À première vue, le rapport d'erreur est identique.

Peut-être que tu peux découvrir dans l' Aide iPhoto une phrase ou un mot qui puisse te mettre sur la voie. Tu es le mieux placé pour cette recherche, nous les Forumeurs nous essayons de te venir en aide mais nous ne connaissons pas le problème dans tous ses détails...

Je pense que le problème vient de l'ordinateur et pas de la "photothèque". En effet, j'ai essayé d'utiliser ma base iPhoto sur un MacPro et iPhoto n'a pas planté.

Je regarderai l'aide mais je ne vois pas bien ce que je pourrais y trouver...

Bon ben en fait c'est bien la photothèque : ça plante aussi sur le MacPro.

Vérification faite je pense être sûr du problème : des photos ont été supprimées du disque dur, mais pas de la base de donnée qui affiche un beau carré blanc du coup. Les photos qui devraient être là ne le sont bel et bien pas. Et si j'essaie d'enlever une photo pas vide, le logiciel plante bien en vidant la corbeille mais il enlève la photo... et me crée une belle photo vide à la place !

Ce que je ne sais pas, c'est comment on vire ces carrés vides. Et comment je peux m'assurer que ce problème ne se reproduira plus. Si vous aviez des idées...

Au pire, je voudrai créer une nouvelle phototèque. Il faudrait tout réimporter, ça, ça n'est pas un problème. Par contre, j'ai tout organisé en dossiers, albums et albums intelligents et ça va me prendre des heures à tout refaire... Je ne sais pas s'il y a un moyen de tout conserver...

Bon ban c'était une bonne idée, mais pas la solution apparemment. J'ai reconstruit tout ce que je pouvais mais rien n'y fait, j'ai toujours mes vignettes vides, je ne peux toujours pas vider la corbeille, je ne peux toujours plus importer. En gros, je ne fais plus rien...


Je vais jeter un œil attentif à l'aide avant de reconstruire à la main une photothèque, génial... Je n'imagine pas ce que ça sera quand elle sera vraiment pleine (il n'y a qu'un millier de photos en gros en ce moment), si jamais ça recommence...
